Modular design

MC1000-PX has a scalable architecture enabling to enlarge growth capacity.  Moduless are installed into 19” rack mount shelf 9U, having 16 slots for peripheral modules installation and 2 slots for central  Ethernet switch installation.

Central Ethernet-switch modules PP4G, PP4G2X

Central Ethernet-switch modules installed in device crate and operate in load distribution mode. 1Gbps link provides periphery modules connection. There are four 1000 Base-T/Mini-Gbic (SFP)  interfaces for PP4G and PP4G2X modules connection to transport network. PP4G2X  module has two ports of 10/12 Gbps for stacking. Central Ethernet-switch modules provide periphery modules management functions.

End line module FXS72

Module function is conversion voice from analog to digital form for IP-network transmission. Module converts signalling from TDM to IP-network format and provides up to 78 subscriber link (POTS).
